Looks like you won't be able to make all of Tamriel your personal plaything till 2015. According to an official forum FAQ, the console versions of the game have been pushed back from their planned June release window by a whopping six months.

"While it has become clear that our planned June release of the console versions isn't going to be possible, we have made great progress, we have concluded that we'll need about six more months to ensure we deliver the experience our fans expect and deserve," read the alleged post (picked up by Reddit). "For additional information on the delay, please see this blog post (link)."
While the comments have since been deleted, they still appear in Google's search results and link directly to the game's FAQ.
